The food was hopeless, and the service was at the worst level one can expect. Out of the five items ordered, only the Honey Chili Cauliflower was good. The Lemon soda did not use fresh lime juice; they used lemon squash instead. We had to get it replaced. The mutton dish we ordered had more javitri (mace) and tej patta (bay leaves) than mutton pieces. You could feel it in every single bite, ruining the whole palate. Absolutely zero taste. We had to order chicken curry to finish our dinner. The service staff literally threw the packed food on the table without even putting it into a carry bag. We had to remind him. Zero service standards. When we asked for finger bowls, he pointed and told us that we can wash our hands outside. There was no difference between a dhaba and this so-called restaurant. And the MOST IMPORTANT THING: When we returned home, half of our food was not packed. Not a single piece of naan could be found, and the chicken curry was half missing with only two pieces, whereas when we initially asked for packing, it was almost the full dish. We hardly ate anything. It looks like the staff at The Bliss Hotel are underfed; that could be the only possible reason why they are stealing customers' food. Pathetic and utterly disappointing.

Stay and view both are amezing great experience they are very good nice and clean rooms food was also very good and the terrace bar the view the feel the vibes are too good if you want to relax and fresh your mood this place is highly recommended..

Amazing stay. Spacious rooms. The people in room service, reception, and especially the chef were extra courteous. We visited with complete family and a 2 year old kid. Everything was taken care of. The chef specially prepared less spicy food for our kid. Would love to visit again.

Excellent value for money hotel. Almost everything was as it should be. Very happy with the services we received. Special mention of the generously sized, spic and span room, which punched well above its weight, especially considering the price point at which it was offered.
